2017 Stormfest 9th & 10th Grade Team Camp

Stormfest is a one-day team camp for 9th & 10th grade teams. The camp format includes lots of competitive team play, team practice, skills contests, and skills demonstrations with practice. This is a terrific opportunity for players beginning high school competition to “jump-start” the season and gain match experience.

Steps to register for team camp:

  1. Coach should contact Barb Overton, Camp Coordinator, to reserve a spot in team camp
    (barb.overton@simpson.edu; 515-961-1409)
  2. Submit a payment for the team registration fee ($50) along with coaches contact information. Payment may be made online with a credit card or mailed directly to camp coordinator. Checks should be made payable to Simpson College;
  3. An email confirmation will be provided by camp coordinator
  4. Following the team confirmation, individual players may register for camp. (All players are required to have approval by their team camp coach prior to registration).

OR

Coaches may collect player payments, individual registration forms & signed waivers and mail directly to the camp coordinator.

Summary & Other information:

  1. All participants are required to complete an individual player registration form and a waiver. (Either the online forms or printed forms found in brochure are accepted).
  2. All player registration forms/waivers should be submitted to camp coordinator prior to
    the scheduled camp date.
  3. Coaches will receive a camp confirmation when team registration/ team fee/ player registrations are received.

Early registration team discount:
A $50 team discount will be provided when all player forms and waivers are received prior to July 1st, 2017.

Confirmation: Coaches/team representatives will receive a camp confirmation and team roster form when the team registration form and team fee are submitted.

Camp Schedules:
Specific details regarding the 2017 camp schedule will be emailed to camp coaches in mid-July.
